Marion is the Executive Director of Worker Support and Health at WorkSafe Victoria. Marion has worked in many leadership roles across the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and WorkSafe Victoria for more than 20 years. This includes Executive Lead of the Health and Disability Strategy Group, ten-year collaboration between TAC and WorkSafe which lead the policy and program development of Health and Disability for both organisations. 
In her Executive Director role, Marion is responsible for directing health strategies, policy development and research, overseeing the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service, WorkCover Assist and the Independent Medical Panels. Marion has a strong stakeholder focus and manages the relationships with medical and health stakeholders, peak bodies and other government agencies relating to health and disability on behalf of WorkSafe. 
More recently, Marion has extended her role to also be a Business Lead for WorkSafe’s long-term Strategic Plan. Prior to this, Marion worked as an audiologist. 
Marion has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Post Graduate Diploma in Audiology and Masters of Health Administration.

Tony Middlebrook is the current General Manager Insurance for Comcare. Prior to joining Comcare Tony gained extensive business knowledge working as a Managing Director, CEO and Executive Director in the insurance industry; Tony also held Trustee and Directorships in Insurance, Service, Health & Safety and WHS Research Trust organisations, he continues to be a Non-Executive Director for an Aged Care and Sporting organisations. 
He has previously worked with Employers Mutual, Coal Services Pty Limited and Allianz. During his career his focus has been on developing and implementing strategic direction, working with and on Boards; increasing organisational capability through people development and management; working with government stakeholders; business and service improvement; implementing change programs and promoting organisational capability. 
Tony has undertaken various business studies through Monash University and the Harvard Business School (Cambridge, USA)

Olly Bridge trained as a Sport & Exercise Scientist at the University of Bath - English Institute of Sport (EIS). Having specialized in Exercise Physiology, Olly has worked with the likes of Jenson Button and Mark Webber at Benetton/Renault Formula One and the British Olympic Gymnastics Team.
Whilst Olly enjoyed working with elite athletes early on in his career, his real calling came to him during his 7 years in Sales and Marketing for BMW head offices on both sides of the world. It was during this stage of a successful corporate career that he increasingly became concerned by the poor general health of the average corporate worker. Realizing there was a critical need for global change, it was only a matter of time before Olly started to do all he could to empower people to regain control of their own health. This is where he became a Director of the Global Corporate Challenge and helped 'move' 1.5 million people into better health.
Now, as Head of Corporate Health & Wellbeing at Medibank, Olly has access to 3.8 million lives and by merging his passion and knowledge of Exercise Science with his personal experience of a demanding corporate career he is perfectly placed to make a real difference to people's lives.

Fiona commenced her legal career with Moray & Agnew in 1999. Since that time, she has dealt with all facets of workers compensation and common law, recovery and contribution actions. She is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. Fiona has extensive experience representing clients across a range of jurisdictions, including the New South Wales Supreme Court, District Court and the NSW Workers Compensation Commission. 
Many of the claims Fiona handles involve psychological injury. She is accustomed to identifying potentially sensitive matters quickly and formulating a strategy to resolve those issues in dispute, having regard to minimising impact on a client’s public profile. Fiona is also highly skilled in formal and informal alternative dispute resolution procedures, enabling her to facilitate early resolution of claims. 
Fiona regularly presents seminars on workers compensation matters to insurers and public and private sector employers.

Tim McDonald leads the national workplace practice at Moray & Agnew Lawyers, practising in employment and industrial law, work health and safety, discrimination, bullying and harassment, management of injured workers and termination of employment. Over the last 20 years, Tim has advised and represented employers on a broad range of industries. 
Tim was previously the Senior Adviser to Joe Hockey when he was the Commonwealth Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations. Prior to this role, Tim was the Director – Employment Relations of the Employer’s Federation, a peak council, in which he acted in many landmark industrial cases and projects.
Tim has served on numerous committees including the Executive Committee of the Industrial Relations Society, the Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Committee for Employment and Industrial Law, the Workplace Relations Policy Committee of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Legal Policy Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Simon Christie is the worker's compensation and injury management advisor at Fairfax Media Limited, one of Australia's largest diversified media companies. The group's operations include metropolitan, regional, agricultural newspapers, digital publications, magazines, printing, radio and public events across Australia and New Zealand.
Simon commenced his career at FAI Insurance in 1988 and was a frequent participant in the assimilation of NSW insurers during the 1990s until tenure at Employers Mutual Limited and NSW Treasury.
He ultimately relocated to the North Richmond NSW base of Rural Press which merged in 2007 with John Fairfax Holdings to form Fairfax Media.  Simon’s role requires the representation of employer and workers’ interests across Australia in a variety of locations and industry.
